Meet The Team

RK Maini, Founder

Meet Rajinder Kumar Maini, the visionary behind our esteemed institution, whose illustrious journey in the realm of education spans over four decades. With a solid foundation in Mathematics, holding an M.Sc. and a B.Ed., Mr. Maini embarked on his teaching voyage in 1974 as a Lecturer in Mathematics at an engineering college affiliated with Osmania University (OU).

His passion for teaching and unparalleled expertise in Mathematics led him to various prestigious roles across India. From shaping young minds at Model High School OU and Hyderabad Public School in Ramanthapur to nurturing future leaders at Bal Bharati Public School and Delhi Public School in New Delhi, his journey is a testament to his dedication to education.

Ascending to leadership positions, Mr. Maini became the Principal of Delhi Public School in Dhanbad, Bihar, and Vindhya Nagar, MP, before returning to Hyderabad Public School in Ramanthapur as Principal, leaving a lasting impact on each institution's academic excellence and community spirit.

Transitioning to administrative leadership, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Devendra School, Tukkuguda, and St. Xavier School, Dhanbad, bringing operational excellence to the forefront of educational management.

His final roles before retiring from regular teaching in 2017 were as Principal of CMR High School, Bowenpally, and Dean at St. Andrews School and Johnson Grammar School in Hyderabad, where he continued to innovate in educational strategies and mentorship.

Even after retirement, Mr. Maini's commitment to education never waned. As a Reserve Mentor for CBSE, he has been instrumental in training trainers, HODs, Coordinators, Vice Principals, and Principals, focusing on confidence building, capacity development, and guiding them on their academic growth paths.
